Unsatisfactory service
Very disappointed with service plan. At 120 000 kms in 2025 and again 135 000 kms in 2026, they refuse to authorize major service on my vehicle. A plan that fails at critical mileage is unreliable and leaves customers with unexpected costs. It caused frustration an extra expenses.
