Unresolved issue

My name is Dikeledi Ma****atona I have been contacting liquid capital with regards to my service plan the last response from them was that someone will contact me as I'm paying a service plan for a car that I no longer have.I have contacted them telephonically and also with emails but my issue hasn't been resolved and they're deducting every month
