Unhelpful and no Management

<p>I sent my car in for its 60000 service it is on 63 and they say it will no be service because it is over the service plan.</p> <p>When I ask to talk to a supervisor they tale me that the supervisor is sick OK.</p> <p>Then I ask for the manager and they tale that the manager is on leave.</p> <p>Then I have to ask if I can talk to some one that is above her.</p> <p>That person tale me that I should have sent my car in at 60000 and I fond her very condescending and border line rude if that is the way they deal with customer service I weep for humanity.</p> <p>When I asked her I want to talk to her supervisor she said there is no one.</p> <p>So I would love to no how they can not have a manger on duty and if this is how they plan to run there business good luck to them. </p>
