Unhappy Customer - Bad Admin

Yesterday 12/07, I brought my car for a service at Hyundai N1. Prior to making the booking, I had contacted Liquid Capital to ensure I would not have the run around yesterday 12/07. Everything was sorted and 3 agents had contacted me, to confirm it was, only to find out it wasn't. Eventually, I had to assist the agent to escalate the query to get the authorization done. Please do better with admin, updates and communication. Thank you in advance.
