Unhappy

I've joined Liquid Capital close to 2 years now without claiming for my Service Plan and when I called them today they are telling me that my policy has been been cancelled because of 3 months unpaid debit orders and ive been trying to call them several times in their number and it was not working the new number that i have nw ive got it from Hyundai.They never sent me any text message or email address telling me they don't get their money they just cancelled it and they are to start a New Policy what about the R300 i've paying them all this time.
