Unfair , uncaring and not people orientated company

This is a useless company, they only want to make money. My service plan was close to expire during lockdown and we got no email or message that it was going to expire. When I go for service they tell me nothing they can do, this was 2 months after it expired. Because of lockdown we couldn't go as essential worker and no time, then I hear they gave extensions for people who couldn't make it during level 5,so there was a backlog, they couldn't give an extension to a nurse during covid while other companies are doing everything in there power to help clients. Most unreliable, *************, Uncaring company I have ever come across in my life, best part is my car isn't even close to the milage for the service. It's all a ****, they call you to sell but can't call to say the plan is almost due to cancel. Then make it out to be our fault.
