Unfair Treatment to an Existing Client

I had taken out a plan to cover my 135000, 150000 and 165000 km services. The company stance was that after 4 successful debits, I will be allowed to take my vehicle in for a service. I called the call center and as per Ref: CAS-199138-S9T7B5, was advised that my payment does not reflect for Jan 2017. I also advised the agent that my car is on 138100 km and I am concerned about the cover. I followed up with another call on 1/02/2017 where again, it was confirmed that my debit order (dated 26/01/2017) had not cleared and that I will not be forfieting the 135000 km service because the car is on 138100 km. The agent's/company stance is that I was advised on the sales call about the 4 month debit rule (which I was) and the onus is on me to ensure that I don't drive or exceed the grace period of 2500 km (137500km). I am disappointed and extremely frustrated at the fact that I initiated the original sales call due to interest. I then started paying diligently and cannot be held responsible for teh billing rules. Also at the fact that I was told that I need to watch my driving when I only have 1 vehicle. So I am in a situation where I am paying for a service/product that I am told I cannot use because Liquid Capital insists on having a 4 month debit rule and I must not drive my only vehicle to ensure that I can enjoy the benefits I am paying for. I need for the following to happen:

1. Confirm that my 4th debit is successful and honour your end of the contract given that this is the second plan I have with you and want to take my car in but can't since I have to make sure the debit order clears. Unfortunately for me, my primary mode of transport can't be used since I will exceed the kilometer grace period again because I need to wait for your billing cycles as per your company representatives.

2. Cancel the policy, refund me in full without a cancellation fee. I would then take my money that I paid you and service the vehicle myself via an RMI approved centre. I will not wait seven or ten or 30 days. I would want the funds in my account asap. I would also want written confirmation of the closure of the policy.

I need resolution on this today please.

Thanks.
