Unfair termination

I have been using Liquid capital since 2019. I missed 2 premiums, I made payments, when I contacted them to hear of my balance for outstanding premiums, I was told my contract was terminated. It was terminated the same day I made payments. I was not alerted about termination at all. Instead I received message saying I missed installment in October 30, but debit will go off on NOvember 15. I made provisions for that. It did not go off, I contacted your service line was then told of termination. I lodged a complain but I have not received any communication at all. I found everything to be unprofessional & unfair.
