<p>I purchased a 360 maintenance plan on 8 October 2016 for one of my cars on the recommendation of Ford Hill Street Randburg, and explained to Lebogang Rashete the sales person that the warranty was voided by Ford due to the fact that the first and second service had been missed by the previous owners but was now up to date. I was forwarded the information which I completed and returned with proof of payment on 8 October 2016. Now that I have a claim Liquid Capital refuse to honour the plan as they say the car must have a manufacturers warranty. Should that have been the case I would have no need for a maintenance plan. Emails have been sent to various persons at Liquid Capital including Jason Pullen and they have not had the decency to respond and still have my money although I have requested a refund with interest.It amazes me what companie will do to **** the public.</p>
