Unclear business practice, bad customer service.

I am totally dissatfied with this policy I have never claimed from this policy and now when it’s needed I get attitude and what seems to be the use of loop holes. Attached is the quote vw sent me and my policy document it puzzles me that nothing quoted is covered not even 1 component my idea of having a warranty and a service plan is that when these things come up you don’t part with cash as you are covered.

Kindly consider cancelling and refunding me, I have not used this cover and will probably be turned away the next time I need to. I am going to try and escalate this query and contact my finance house I do not believe in the service and non-consideration I am receiving I paid for the cover and the consultant I spoke to did not even take time to review my request.
