Unauthorized Debit Ordet

I've been having a service plan since 2014. My car reached 105 000km and was told to upgrade the policy which I did. Suddenly Liquid capital is saying I have two active maintenance plans and debuting my bank account twice. They are refusing to refund my money, how does a person have two active maintenance plans for one car????? Please cancel both policies I really don't have time for jokes.

Your employee Sidney Manyoni doesn't have any care in the world to assist a customer, I sent three emails before I could get a response. I don't want to see any debit order from liquid capital ever, your service is poor and full of nonsense.
