Unapproved debit order from my account
<p>I took up motorplan over 3 months ago and still didn't receive any documentation. I'm happy that nothing was debited off my account as I didn't have my contract but suddenly an amount was debited.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my understading my contract does no longer exist as I believe it was "cancelled" on 25 July 2016 </p>
I called Liquid Capital numeruous times and the sales consultant couldn't assist me with my issue:
-I found out that the motorplan was never cancelled as per email I received from the sales onsultant Joyce Sedibe
-I found out in place of two motorplans I concluded with the initial sales consultant, only one was active
-The active motorplan is actually an incorrect plan, the initial sales consultant (Palesa) loaded a service plan in place of a maitenance plan
-I was referred to customer care to try resolve the issue only to get to a consultant who mentioned that she is only assisting to take messages and none of the customer care consultants are available to assist and said she will have someone call me within an hour, it's been over 48hrs no one has since called
I want my money back and have everything cancelled because it's worthless paying for something I can't use
