Unallocated Payment

Good Day,

I made a payment on the 18 Of October due to my debit Order not being processed. which is i understand that been sorted by my bank. My problem now is I have made a payement using my ID as a reference, unfortunately my plan wasnt being updated because i didnt use the reference number that provided. Fair Enough..... But my ID Number is a unique reference so I am not understanding why Sidney Manyoni cant go an extra mile to check why payment is not reflecting. I left various messages to call me back but still no feedback from him. What ****ed me off the most is him saying he cant promise to call me back immediately because when he hangs the call with me the are other various of calls. Like Honestly I dont know what kind of service is this..... I understand the are procedures and protocols in place, But he should know that his not doing me any favour i mean We both need each other (mY car is already due for service)....... My problem is still not solved because his not happy with the proof of payment that i have provided. Can someone kindly assist.
