UNACCEPTABLE RUNAROUND: Left stranded with dangerous, failing brakes since Thursday! Case No: CAS***

I am writing this out of absolute frustration and concern for my physical safety. I hold an active Liquid Capital Maintenance Plan (Policy No: ***7) which explicitly covers wear-and-tear braking components. Yet, I have been given a continuous runaround since Thursday, and my car is still unsafe to drive.

My matter is logged under Case Number CAS***. On Thursday, Chery Umhlanga refused to process the claim and sent me to an outside RMI shop. Two hours later, that shop called to say Liquid Capital refused authorization. Since then, your agents keep claiming the matter is "being escalated," but nothing is being done.

To make matters worse, your team is now telling me to take my vehicle to Chery Ballito. This is completely outside my residential and work area. I took time off work last Thursday to resolve this. Shuttle services will not transport me from Ballito back to Durban for work, making this directive logistically impossible.

Brakes are a critical safety component. Forcing me to drive an unroadworthy vehicle or leaving me stranded completely violates your duty of care as a mobility provider. I have already copied the Motus Compliance Department and the Motor Industry Ombudsman (MIOSA) on this matter.

I demand that a senior manager contacts me immediately TODAY to issue an authorization number for a workshop located within the Durban/Umgeni area. Stop delaying a critical safety repair that I pay you for every month!
