Ugly truth about Liquid Capital and how they catch you.

After buying a car and doing minimal kilometers with a contract that is 24 months, I opted to take a service plan for the car. Only to find out that the service intervals are 20 000 km, but you are forced if you do not use your car to service it in 12 months intervals. The next service that is catered for under contract is 140 000 and my wife's car only did 123 000. the contract ends on the 30th of Feb 2023, yet because she does not do much kilometers, the car must be serviced in a 12 month period after the last service and the end of contract date means nothing. She now has to take her car in for the last service 5 months before the time and 16 000km before reaching 140 000km. This means the service plan is terminated as soon as she takes the car for a service now and not the end of contract date 30 Feb 2023. So in essences if you had your car serviced and do not use it for a year or barely use it i must go for a service again. What a ugly loop hole created by LiquidCapital to catch people out. Do not belief in a 2 year service contract from them when offered. The clauses are their within that will catch you and cost you money you did not cater for as you have to renew your contract earlier than the contractual end or termination date.
