Tyre and Rim Insurance - no documents

I pay every month for tyre and Rim insurance. I have never received the documents! I have requested the documents on 3 separate occasions. Everytime I call to request, they seem surprised. The email is correct as I have received documents for my car service plan from them. Very poor service!
