Total ******* by Liquid Capital in the name of Service Plan Extension Policy

I bought a car in 2018 and Service plan from Liquid Capital through financing, which means that the plan was fully paid and i am repaying the bank on monthly basis. In January 2020 my car signaled that it was due for Service so I booked it in for Friday the 24th of January 2020. I dropped it in for Service at the dealer and I was phoned to be told that my car will not be worked on since Liquid Capital is refusing to Pay. I phoned Liquid Capital and I was told that my car will only be paid for at the mileage of 160 000km. I then phoned the people whom i bought the car and service plan from to request a refund since i am not planning to keep the care up to that mileage. I was told that it is impossible for me to be refunded at this point and promised to clear the misunderstanding. I have been phoning the dealer and Liquid Capital with no joy and today is the 3rd of March 2020 my car is still not attended to. I am paying to buy Trauma and Stress from Liquid Capital.
