TOOK MONEY EVEN AFTER CANCELLATION

WORST FINANCE COMPANY EVER!!!

I signed up in November 2019 and cancelled on the same day as they sold the product to me on false information.

They deducted monies in January and February totalling R700+

Finally in March i have received confirmation that the policy has been cancelled, however i have not received my refund.

Is there anyway we can report this company to the financial board?
