Thuto was amazing from the time he picked my call,he was very understanding and maintained a positive attitude. And he did call me back first thing in the morning like he promised. Customer service elsewhere sucks this days,Even when I was talking to Thuto I didn't expect to get approved I had a "rolling my eyes" attitude, he maintained positivity throughput.
