Thobile has been an absolute star in getting my service query resolved. She is a huge asset to Liquid Capital and I hope they know this. This was the only person who cared about following up and keeping me updated. She turned my day around. Well done. In a world where we encounter bad service often, she made a huge exception today.thank you.
