<p>Apperantly it is not their responsibility to send you policy documents, nor to inform you of your service plan's expiry date. All you get is a call asking if you would like to extend your service plan.</p> <p>I took my car in this morning only to find out that my service plan (that came with the car) expired over a month ago. My car was in it's time period to be serviced, with the service plan you apperanlty get a month grace period. I missed my grace period by 7 days. What idiot will take their car in for a service, that is suppose to be covered, 7 days after the service plan expires.</p>
