<p>So when you're purchasing a car for the first time in your life and are also fooled into taking a service plan which is suggested as a wise choice, I would suggest never to use Liquid capital to cover your service plan. As I've said I am new to purchasing a service plan, when I purchased my car from imperial select I signed no document that provided me with the service plan breakdown nor from which company it was. I also did not sign any document that stipulated the conditions of a service plan, thinking that I could take my car to a service after a year not exactely on a year. I was never ever told this and as a young clueless buyer I certainly did not think to check as it made sense that if I paid for the service already that I could take my car any time when it needed it and when I could afford not to have a car for a day. To my surprise today I took my car in for a service and only to find out that it would not be paid for as it was not brought in on the exact anniversary of when I purchased my car. Worst of all was that I was away for five months and my car remained in my garage where no one could have taken it for a service even if I knew I had to take it exactely on year. I appealed to this company to please hear me out and that firstly I was misinformed and secondly that I was away and would have had no means to get my car in, I even provided a reference number of where I was working for five months so that they could make sure that in fact I was away. I am still a student and finally managed to buy a car with money I make on the side of studies. I was told that a service plan would save me money but I now realise that with all things in life people and companies just rob you. You are not well informed and then on top of it if you are not present and if life gets busy or too distracted you are not even allowed to be late to a service I mean what is this. The world is honestly becoming greedy and people have no hearts. So I was late by three months as I was away and misainformed, so what I already paid you to pay my service, now its costing me double. Liquid capital I hope you liquidate because you are ******* and your policies are made just so you can rob people eespecially those with nothing and put their trust in you to help them save money. Your company disgusts me. For a three months delay honestly, I was away and misinformed how can you rob me when I have expeined this!!!!! SHAME ON YOU YOU *******. *****ing money from those who pay your salaries, greedy ***s. NOT IMPRESSED! </p> <p> </p>
