They will not pay your service claim
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable handling of my policy agreement and service claim with Liquid Capital.
I was sold a motor policy under incorrect mileage information, which I was not made aware of at the time of the sale. At the point of purchase, I was assured that all relevant policy documents and terms would be sent to me via email for review and safekeeping. Despite repeated expectations, I did not receive this information until I attempted to claim for a service—at which point I was then informed of the error in mileage.
It is unacceptable that such a critical error was only disclosed at the time of claiming, and after several months of being led to believe my policy was valid and fully in order. This amounts to withholding of important policy information and misrepresentation at point of sale.
To further my concern, Liquid Capital has now refused to honour the service claim based on this incorrect mileage, despite the fact that I entered into the agreement in good faith and re**** on the representations made by the sales team.

A representative called me with the same solution of refund.
Thank you for your response regarding the refund of my premium.However, I must express my concern with the proposed 21-day refund period. My vehicle was recalled from the service centre after it was discovered that the policy sold to me covered the incorrect mileage bracket. This error is no fault of mine, yet it resulted in a missed scheduled service—an issue that could negatively affect the performance and long-term condition of my vehicle.Given the circumstances and the inconvenience caused, I kindly request that the refund be processed on an expedited basis. A 21-day delay is unreasonable, especially considering that the delay directly stems from an administrative oversight on your side.I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to your confirmation of an earlier refund date.
