They clearly don't need any more business.

I tried to take out a Service plan. They want me to pay 4 consecutive months before I can take the car for a Service, which I complete understand, but sadly my car is due for a service in 3 months, and they can't assist me to take out the plan and let me service it still. Most of the other quotes received from competitors allow 3 payments. They clearly don't need the business as they are not willing to authorize it for me. So they suggested I take the service plan now, pay for the next service myself, and then only for the next service...This doesn't even make sense for me to pay for 3 services and only receive 2.

Either way they will get their 30 months payment. Yet not willing to come to the party.

Not happy at all and they are losing a client...
