Their Service Sucks

I took up a service plan with Liquid Capital In September 2018, which I had financial issues but than at the end of that month money was deducted from my account and today when i call i keep on getting transferred from one department to the next. Eventually I get someone to help but from nowhere suddenly i get told that my policy was cancelled as the !st of December there was no funds in my account and they keep on giving me the wrong dates of when it was cancelled but I have submitted a bank statement to prove that the money was taken out of my account on the 1st of December and they keep on telling me that it was not. ABSA has proven their case that it was paid and their is no reversal but they just want to cheat me and the last lady that I spoke to seemed impatient with me and irritated. Its amazing that they could debit the money and cancel the same month.
