The so called service and maintenance plan is a big fat lie

<p>My vehicle was towed to the dealership almost 8 weeks ago now, and im getting no Joy from the so called service and maintenance plan. When i followed up with the dealership, i was advised that they contacted Liquid Capital and they were not getting any Joy from them, so on the 12th Aug i decided to call them directly, i spoke to a lady by the name of Theodora who asked me to email her the quote, which i did. On the 15th Aug she responded to my email " Good Day Pam, The quote has been Confirmed by our Authorisation department to be that of service. May you Kindly tell the dealership to contact our claims department to lodge the claim" . This i did immedietly, shortly after that i got call from liquid capital again stating that the dealership was now claiming for other things not on the quoatation i sent to them. I then again called the dealership to ask them, but it turns out that was not true, the dealership was claming for exactly swhat was on the quote which i sent to liquid capital.</p> <p>I then got another call, this time i was told that the cleaning chemicals were not covered as they were for the engine, however the head lamp, and all the other consumables were covered. I questioned this, then i was told if my car was not due for service then the whole quote will not be covred, however they will confirm this. Toady again i folowed up and was told that no this is no longer covered!!!! EXACTLY WHAT IS COVERED OR DO YOU MAKE THIS UP AS YOU GO</p>
