The agent is great, but not the product

The agent that helped me was really great. However, I will never get scratch and dent cover again. After a bad experience in repairing a minor dent I wanted to cancel the remainder of the 24 month cover and get a refund for the remaining 15 months. They did cancel the cover, but did not inform me that I will get zero refund because I already submitted a single approximate R2000 claim. Now I don't have a refund and I don't have a product to enjoy.
