The agent I spoke to TODAY was very helpful

The agent I spoke to TODAY was very helpful. I tried contacting Liquid Capital earlier this year in an effort to find out about the service plans on my two vehicles. Unfortunately was unsuccessful until more recently I tried the website where I specified that I have two vehicles and needed to find out about the policies on both. An agent responded after a while but only specified one vehicle and did not ask about the second vehicle, nor did she inform me that the policy was expired. Follow up emails were not responded to. The agent I spoke to telephonically TODAY explained that the one vehicle's policy had expired. She was patient and thorough, although out conversation was short.
