TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE
I have had endless endless problems getting authorisations from them for the service plans and service plan plus i have with them for 3 of my vehicles, The minute you have anything done besides the basic service, it is a issue. I would never recommend that anybody take out a plan with them as they take forever to get back to the dealer and have endless excuses. As soon as my plans expire one by one, i am moving them as far away from Liquid Capital as possible.
