Terrible service from Liquid Capital that lead my car to be with the dealer for 2 months

We bought the car whose details are on the attached document in May 2018 from KIA imperial in East Rand, the extended motor plan was bought for us by the dealer and I have attached the contract that was given to us, I took the car in for service on 19 September 2019 and the BMW called back to say they cannot continue with the service as the service plan has been terminated by Liquid Capital, when I called Liquid Capital they said its because BMW reported that they are doing a 13000km service and the service plan is for up to 45000kms, I explained to them that when we bought the car the kms were 96000 already so I don’t understand what can that mean.

Liquid then ask to be given time to do investigation and in the process asked that I send them the contract and take a picture of km on the car of which I did, and I kept calling to do follow up which did not yield positive results, and on the 8 October 2019 I send Flip vd Merwe an e-mail as he was the one who bought this service plan explaining to him the challenge we are facing and to my surprise he never rep**** and I continued to call Liquid Capital and they have been saying they are doing amendments and waiting for sign off, on Monday 28/10/2019 I called and they said a person that suppose to sign is not at work, it will be signed off the following day, the following day when I called they said she is at the meeting and they will call me around 12, and I called at 15:00 and I was told its still not signed off, its still with admin department for sign, today I called and they are still waiting for sign off, the car is at BMW for almost 2 moths we cannot use it, we just paying the car installment for a car we cannot use, I have tried to stress our frustration to them but no one is taking us serious, and I am really afraid if in South Africa we have a consumer that treat customers like this. the reference number for my case is CAS-590174 with liquid capital.
