Terrible Service and Take money for nothing

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I purchased a vehicle that had an existing manufacturer service and maintenance plan, and added a service and maintenance plan with liquid capital that costed me over R13000, now the manufacturers plans expired and i want to claim on my liquid capital plan and they told me it has expired because it started the day i purchased it. Why would i want a plan to run at the same time as the manufacturers plan that covers all costs?. In the liquid capital contact it stipulates that the service or maintenance plan only starts once the manufacturers plan expires, so they clearly dont care what is in the contract. The customer service is terrible and very with sort replies, thats if they reply. My recommendation to anyone is not to do any business with them, unless you want to throw your money away</span></p>
