Terrible service!!
Typing this with a heavy heart.
I am at the dealership for a 100k service, they are refusing to authorize my service.. I have been waiting for feedback since 10am this morning because "we still need to check the call recording"...
This is a terrible company that only cares about money and not their clients..
Terminating my policy with emmidiate effect and requesting full refund..
