Terrible service

I have been calling the call Centre the whole day and the receptionist has been transferring me from pillar to post . I don’t understand how one company is this ***********. I would like to cancel the Renew Tech policy with immediate effect . I’ve submitted three claims in the past which were all not attended . Pls cancel this policy , I will definitely escalate this to the ombudsman if it goes off once more.
