Terrible Service

What a terrible service from Liquid Capital, first I was told that my policy has expired without even starting. The start date of my policy was captured incorrectly and had to amended. It took them 3 days to just update the policy and during that time my car was already booked in with the repairers. When the policy was update, a claim was sent to them for approval on Monday 4 Dec 2017, even now there's no feedback regarding approving it. There has been emails up and down since Monday and now I'm being told that they want to test drive the car before they can approve. I was also told that they dont pay for stripping of parts and yet they request pictures of the damaged parts to be sent to them. How do they expect me to get those parts out?

Free advise from me to you, DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM LIQUID CAPITAL.
