Susan to the rescue

I missed my service by a couple of KMs and needed authorisation for my car to be serviced. After logging a query, I kept following up and Susan finally found a solution to my problem and my car was serviced the following day, which was less than the 7 to 14 days I would have to wait. Susan was of great help, emphatic and lived up to her assurances.
