Stupid consultants that don't listen

I called liquid capital and was told I can only tow my car to Renault even when i wanted to go fix it at my own RMI approved dealer, when I called them back to ask why do they limit me, I was til (without them reviewing recordings) that it was my fault because I did not specify, this lady was also condescending, she spoke over me and all that, horrible customers consultants that don't respect customers
