Stop making bull**** excuses

Liquid capital how is it that you never have a manager or supervisor available on your floor to address complaints. What kind of a circus are you running? I need someone to me now, my vehicle is standing at Hyundai for a service and your call centre is giving me bull**** stories as to why they will not pay. It was lockdown what the hell do you guys expect me to do , my vehicle had not reached the mileage as yet so why are u declining to pay for my service. I pay a hell of alot of money every month and I demand service please. I am waiting for your call.
