STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

I have been struggling the last couple of months abit to afford my premiums due to unemployment but since started with this policy 3 years ago, it was always paid on time. So unfortunately the last 2 debit orders was unsuccessful and I made sure by 28 March 2022 to have enough money to debit. The premium never went off & when I query it today. I was informed it has been cancelled, literally 1 month before my last premium after the 2 three cyle. I only made use of 1 service of 3 years. This is really unacceptable.
