Still deducting installments after cancellation of policy

I have cancelled the contract which I had with them last year in October since I bought a new car and didn't need the additional service plan. I was informed through email that the policy has been cancelled. Yet, they are still deducting the monthly installments, even after several e-mails in which I notified them about the issue. I had no feedback from Liquid Capital or Motor Vaps. They have left me no choice but to take this matter to social media.
