After reading this company's client reviews I have come to conclude that they are a *****.The ombudsman needs to do something about this.I have been a client with them too and feel ****med by them.They will not pay for my service,I had to pay cash after i was told that my service plan has terminated.They did not send me any documentation****il i complained),to confirm that. I do not understand why KIA uses them in the first place!They too are a *****!!! SIES
