STAY AWAY FROM LIQUID CAPITAL!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! These people are a joke especially when they have to refund you for an out of pocket expense that is covered in your policy. I had instituted a claim of which I was told will take 20 business days to execute. 20 business days have gone by.

The ticket was closed and I got an sms that it was resolved I tried numerous times to contact the sales representative about the resolution of this outcome and I waited 10 days until I called the call centre. This is when I was told the query was MISTAKENLY closed. I called them to ask for a line manager waited 6 minutes on a call for it to get dropped. Some of their employees are very sweet, the company is bereft of ethics. I get a call yesterday to say my claim is being processed only to receive a call this morning asking me for documents I had sent them over a month ago!!!!

They have sold me an extension to the service plan. I AM CANCELLING TODAY!!!! I AM TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT BEFORE I LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE OMBUDS. Claiming to have resolved my claim and paid me out is tantamount to de*****ing me by blatantly lying. They will frustrate you till you let it go. DO NOT TAKE A POLICY WITH THIS COMPANY!
