ive been holding fr 20 min with this lady with no sympathy of calling me back!! I LFET MY CAR AT THE DEALER AND I HAVE TO COLLECT IT WITHOUT IT BEING SERVICED. NO i must pay fro my own pocket for their significant level of poor customer service!! im IRATE
