so WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?
So, my wife has an Extended Warranty and Service plan with Liquid Capital that we took out last year. And Apart from the early warning signs that these people are a bunch of cheats we still went with them. At first out Debit Orders was not taken off on the agreed date then one month they would deduct and the next month they would not deduct at all, we still gave the then benefit of the doubt. So we took our car to Renault in May for its 75000 km Service and at the time out breaks was starting to become noisy. The Service center told us that Liquid Capital Said that because they paid for the Brakes at 60000 km they would only pay for it again when the brakes is metal to metal. Now the plan that we took out with Liquid Capital was for 2 years Extended Warranty and 2 Services. Much to our surprise when we called this morning and the idiot on the other side advised us that the policy is now cancelled as we reached our two Services and then told my wife in a very stroppy tone to go and read the T&C's of the policy........ So what i am trying to understand is the Following is Service and Warranty not separate from each other because when the sold the policy to us they made us believe that even though you reached your services any maintenance to the car would still be covered. Then when we questioned then what we still paying for, the nitwit told us that the two years in not over yet, so WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?
