So initially when Liquid capital reached out to me for a service plan extension on 16 July 2024 there was a clear misunderstanding regarding when the plan will be going off ,they told me 25 August 2024 but when I phoned them 3 September asking why the plan didn't go off yet ,I found out it's actually the 25 of September 2024 and not August, hence the 4 stars and not 5 the lady I spoke to the second was must better making me understand my plan then the first call on 16 July 2024
