I recently took out a warranty as well as a service plan with these guys. Called in the other day to do some admin on my policy to avoid issues @ claim stage. I had three queries that needed to be addressed & Lebone Mkhize did a splendid job. She did follow ups and updated me via email as each of my concerns was addressed.
