Sickening service

Absolutely shocking service. I missed an instalment and called in to get banking details to settle the arrears. I emailed Lesego Ndlovu earlier today and she didn’t reply. I then called into the collections department to ask to be called back. The lady took my details and has not yet called. I can’t believe I have to beg you guys to take my money. This is so frustrating.
