Shoddy service, apathetic attitude and POOR communication

I have a 360plus maintenance plan through liquid capital. My experience with poor service from Liquid Capital came from when my car broke and had to be fixed at the dealership.

Firstly, this "AWESOME" maintenance plan is seriously flawed. It works fine for services where mandatory parts are replaced, as Liquid Capital have no issues there. BUT, when it comes to the REPAIR of a critical component in my car's cooling system, Liquid Capital would not cover it. ADAMANT that the part was not an integral part of my car and not covered in what turns out to be a VERY VAGUE contract, a contract that covers Liquid Capitals **** under the pretenses of covering the customer.

When i queried why the part is not covered, i got very a apathetic attitude from both call centre agents, as well as the immediate manager/s. Neither party could give me a valid reason as to HOW their evaluation of a CRITICAL component was not covered. Merely stating that if it's not in the list, it isn't covered. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS. As Liquid Capital call centre agents and immediate managers ARE NOT QUALIFIED mechanics. I had a case number disputing this, but Liquid Capital closed my query without contacting me or even bothering to follow up.

Since that part has now been covered by a warranty and NOT Liquid Capital and their **** service, I decided instead of disputing the claim again, to logged another call with customer service with another case number. It has been OVER a week and I have not heard a single peep out of them. Nothing

I think the service i have been given is disgusting. The attitude towards the customer is EVEN worse. Your call centre agents are rude and your communication in a service related industry is nothing short of a joke.

I will be seeing out my maintenance plan with the current life of my car. But I will NEVER use Liquid Capital again, nor will i refer them to ANYONE. Unless you want red tape and run-around service like I got? You are simply wasting time and money with this place.
