"Shocking service(s)"

We bought a Hyundai I20 less then five years ago with a five year / 60 000 service plan. (Never explained to us that it was throught liquid capital).

When we took the car for its last, 5 year service as the car only has 23 500 km on the clock, we were told it's not covered as the car has had its 60 000 km service. When I spoke to liquid capital about this, they made me out to be a fool as I didn't understand how a car with 23 500km could have had its 60 000km service.

With their explanation, it is physically impossible for any vehicle to reach a five year plan as they take an annual service ( that you have to do even if you have not driven 15 000km in that year, or you lose the plan) as a 15 000km service.

I think this is ****************, as you will never get a five year service plan and only 4 years worth of services .
