Shocking service from Sinqobile Mongeka

I had a terrible service from Sinqobile Mongeka, one of your collections consultant. I needed clarity on my policy and from the responses via email you could tell she does not have the customers best interest. I received a call from her and she called me a child and that I have a problem with English. Who says that to a client?????????
