Shocking service

On the 22nd of September i asked for a quote for the maintenance for my car, the call center advisor called me and explained to me what plan i can get. I asked him to please send me a quote so i have it on hard copy he was very hesitated to send me the quote. That is not how you do business i need to see what im paying. Cleary he doesn't want bossiness without client he doesn't get paid.
